World Events

Those have to be accessed by running up to the event location. Except for Rites, there is no fast transport. Any number of people and/or groups from any nation can join. They occur on semi random schedules, or have to be started by completing a delivery type quest.

Catacombs

Catacombs is an underground dungeon, located under Skergard Castle. 

 

Event will occur randomly once every 2-4 hours. The message below will then be broadcasted to every nation and doors will open :

Midland Entrance

Once inside, you will have to complete several mini-quests by killing undead type : skeletons, drowned maids, spiders, and the final boss, a spectre.

Rewards: Elite Quilted Canvas, crafting materials, middle tier recipes, up to 800 Contribution Points

Brandon the Raubritter

Brandon Keymaker

 NPC : Brandon Keymaker (requires 30 key fragments)

Dropped by Raubritter and Ragi NPCs near Keymaker. Decays after 24 hours

 

When event starts, Keymaker will disappear for 3 hours.

Rewards: up to 4 Raubritter’s Loot and / or up to 10 Elite Quilted Canvas, up to 200 Contribution Points

Contains high level Midland recipes and gear

Ragi the Renegade

Ragi Keymaker

 NPC : Ragi Keymaker (requires 30 key fragments)

Dropped by Raubritter and Ragi NPCs near Keymaker. Decays after 24 hours

 

When event starts, Keymaker will disappear for 3 hours.

Rewards: up to 4 Ragi’s Treasures and / or up to 10 Elite Quilted Canvas, up to 200 Contribution Points

Contains high level Ismir recipes and gear

Rite of Light

Circle of Life Druid

NPC : Circle of Life Druid (requires 50 Venom Glands)

One of two version of the Rite will get started, and Druid will stop accepting glands for three hours.

Kill or defend the river outpost commander

Kill or defend 3 priestess (can spawn in two different set of locations)

Rewards: Codfish Filet, Blessing of the Old Ones (3 hours buff) up to 80 Contribution Points and 1000 Glory

Group Events

Those events take place into remote locations, and can only be accessed with the fast transport invitation. They are started by completing a delivery quest to some NPCs in your capital city. When it starts, those NPCs will turn inactive for three hours.

Only one group per nation can join. Total number of groups allowed and group size depend on the event.

NPC : Bounty Hunter (requires 20 Map Fragments)

Required group size : 5

Groups allowed : 2

Rewards: Sulfur, Calcite, Quilted Flax Canvas, Bandages, up to 350 Contribution Points

NPC : Peyton (requires 200 mushrooms)

Required group size : 7

Rewards: Aqua Regia, Magnetite, Elite Quilted Canvas, up to 100 Contribution Points

PvP Events

Frontline Battles

 

Frontlines Battles can happen during primetime : the two nations controlling the least territories get to fight and capture a fort based on their frontline. A fast transport invitation is then sent to concerned nations. This event lasts for 25 minutes and is the only one with a loot protection.

To win, a nation must capture the opponent fort. If no fort is captured then it ends as a draw.

Frontline Battles is game mechanism aimed at helping maintaining balance on the server.

 

– Added “Frontline Battles” – new type of siege events in which players of 2 nations spawn in the given link’s frontline locations under their control and compete for 25 minutes in a non-loot zone – a nation wins the event once it takes the enemy’s marked flag (if neither nation would capture the enemy location, there’s no winner)

– The Frontline Battles, start between nations which aren’t dominating each other – if all nations’ strength is comparable, 2 Frontline Battles can start for each nation (1 per link)

– From now on, the standard siege event (attacking specific location) includes only 2 nations in order to improve the experience of attacking nations

– Depending on the current server’s balance, various standard siege events or “Frontline Battle” events can be started, helping to improve the map balance

Deadly Harvest

 

Event starts during prime time of each server and lasts for two hours.

You can score points by capturing any location. 

– the event starts in the prime time of each server and lasts for 2 hours, during which even a dominating nation can’t gain more advantage than 20% over the next nation’s score; we believe that this event will encourage more open-world PVP battles not only during the prime-time but also before the event starts, as well as increase value of the player’s nation territories [please note that this event doesn’t affect the loot and non-loot areas – it happens in the entire world as it is]
